Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement our core blockchain protocol

• Design and develop scalable, secure backend services and APIs

• Create and maintain server-side logic and databases

• Implement security and data protection measures

• Develop smart contracts

• Optimize backend infrastructure for performance and scalability

• Collaborate closely with all team members on product strategy

• Contribute to technical documentation and whitepapers

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in backend development

• Strong experience in blockchain development and protocol design

• Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js

• Proficiency in blockchain-relevant languages like Solidity, Typescript, Rust, Go, or C++

• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

• Strong grasp of cryptography and consensus mechanisms

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in a startup environment

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Contributions to open-source blockchain or backend projects

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies
