Rewards are calculated based on your average monthly spend in specific categories (e.g., pets, fitness, home, food, fashionista) through Plaid, with higher spenders potentially earning higher rewards.

1. Data Privacy
   Your data will remain private and encrypted on your device. Only an encrypted version of your data will be matched with brands' target audiences.

By using the service, you agree that your data can be encrypted and processed for matching purposes to provide rewards. The platform does not store your raw data on its servers.

1. Brands and Cash Rewards
   Brands that connect to the platform may offer additional rewards based on the data you provide:

• Plaid: Rewards are calculated based on your average monthly spend in specific categories (e.g., pets, fitness, home, food, fashionista).

• Google: Prove your age and gender for an additional reward.

• Fitbit: Prove your physical activity, with more active users potentially earning higher rewards.

• TikTok: Prove which brands you follow to earn cash incentives for shopping at selected brands.

Offers and cash rewards are valid only until the budget allocated by each brand is exhausted. Once a brand's budget for a particular campaign is depleted, no further rewards will be issued under that campaign.

1. No Guarantee of Specific Rewards
   While we strive to connect you with brands that offer additional rewards, the availability of such rewards is subject to the brands' campaigns, budget allocations, and targeting criteria. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, amount, or eligibility of rewards. Once a brand's campaign budget is exhausted, no further rewards will be issued under that campaign.

2. Account Security
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including the login credentials for connected accounts (e.g., Google, Fitbit, TikTok, Plaid). You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Use of Blockchain
   Our platform leverages blockchain technology to ensure the privacy of your data while enabling access to rewards. By using this service, you consent to having your data processed via this blockchain protocol. You acknowledge that blockchain technology is continuously evolving, and there may be associated risks.

4. User Conduct
   You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purposes, including but not limited to:

   • Submitting false or misleading data.

   • Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the blockchain protocol or reward system.

   • Violating the intellectual property rights of the platform or its affiliated brands.

5. Abuse Prevention
   We reserve the right to flag any instances of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform, including but not limited to attempting to manipulate the reward system. If abuse is identified, we reserve the right to withhold any funds or rewards.

6. Daily Reward Limit
   The platform imposes a maximum daily limit of $2,000 USD for cash rewards. Once this limit is reached, no further rewards will be distributed until the following day.

7. Modifications to Service
   We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to the rewards offered, the method of data processing, or the discontinuation of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, rewards, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
